Objective

To drive engagement and downloads of Greenhouse’s eBook, “Recruitment strategies: Values-based hiring,” targeting enterprise business leaders on LinkedIn and adapting the campaign for other social platforms for startup audiences.

Summary of Work

For this project, I developed a comprehensive advertising strategy that positioned Greenhouse as a thought leader in values-based recruitment strategies. The campaign was designed to resonate with enterprise business leaders, emphasizing how aligning hiring practices with company values can enhance organizational culture and performance.
